OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer 30-day return policy on all products purchased apart from sale items and custom orders. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will immediately issue a return address with detailed instructions.
IMPORTANT: All sales items and custom bubble chains are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
- All returns and exchanges must be unused and unworn. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you.
- A 20% restocking fee is charged on all refunds and exchanges.
- Sale items are not eligible
- Custom products are not eligible for return
- Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of purchase
- The products must be returned as they were received.
- You must include all packaging materials.
- You must pay for any return shipping expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured service
